Like Your Business, CSI is Not a Spectator Sport
In last month’s “President’s Message”, I made some observations of key indicators that led me to believe that this apparent housing and economic recovery seemed to have “legs”, appearing to have a strong foundation that promised measurable economic improvements that should percolate down and positively impact all of us in the construction industry.
One factor that influenced my positive sense of the future was a visit to San Francisco last month. During a long walk through Pacific Heights, I was struck by the large number of blue, porta-potties that we passed – one of my favorite indicators of a vibrant construction industry.
